The Mmx Bakery (Unit Of Mansingh Hotels & Res. Ltd)

Being located inside Mmx-Mall right on G.T. Road means there is always something going on. Since we are part of the Mansingh Hotels group, we have been around the block a few times. It is a bakery through and through. Every morning starts pretty early because the ovens need time to get going. You can usually smell the bread and the sweets from the hallway before the mall even fully opens up. We aren't a huge operation, just a team of local people who know their way around a kitchen. Most of the folks who stop by are just doing their shopping or coming from the nearby offices. G.T. Road is always loud with traffic, so coming into the mall feels a bit quieter. We spend a lot of time just organizing the shelves and making sure the glass cases look decent. It is not some fancy boutique; it is just a place to get something to eat when you are out. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know a lot of the regulars who come in for their daily loaf or a quick snack. Sometimes we run out of things faster than expected, and other days are slow, but that is how it goes in this business. We keep the counters wiped down and the coffee going for anyone who needs a break. It might get a bit hectic on weekends when the mall is packed, but we manage.
