We have been working out of this basement in Sec-30 for quite a few years now. Being at C-69 means we are tucked away a bit, but Indirapuram is so busy that people always find us anyway. It is a simple office. We do not have fancy furniture or big screens on the walls. Mostly, it is just us sitting at our desks, talking to folks who walk in off the street looking for a place to rent or buy. Sometimes the basement gets a little cool in the winter and a bit stuffy in the summer, but we have our tea and we keep at it. We know this sector like the back of our hands. We spend a lot of time walking around the blocks to see which houses are vacant or which shopkeepers are moving out. It is not glamorous work, but it is what we know. People come to us because they want a straight answer about property prices in this part of Indirapuram. We do not use big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. We are just local people helping other local people find a roof. Sometimes we help with the lease papers and the registration stuff because it can be confusing for a lot of families. We try to be useful and keep things moving. Most of our day is just spent on the phone or checking our handwritten lists of available flats. It is a quiet life down here, but we like the pace.
