Super Fine Properties

We are over here at number 57 in Tulsi Niketan. Ghaziabad is a loud place, honestly. Most days I’m just sitting at the desk waiting for the phone to ring or someone to walk in. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a couple of desks and some old files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. Tulsi Niketan has changed a lot over the years, more cars now, more dust. My chair squeaks every time I move but I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. People come in asking about prices or looking for a place to rent and we just tell them what’s available. It’s pretty straightforward. We don’t do any big ads or anything. Most folks just see the sign outside or hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. The fan on the ceiling makes a weird clicking noise in the afternoons when it gets really hot. Anyway, if you are looking for Super Fine Properties, this is where we are. Just a regular spot on the street. No bells and whistles. We usually open up around ten in the morning, sometimes a bit later if the traffic is bad near the main crossing. It’s just how things go around here. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and we know the area well enough.
