Star Wash

Our spot, Star Wash, is located at A-18 Rajendra Nagar in Shahibad. We’re right there in the Mohan Nagar Industrial Area, which stays pretty active throughout the week. It’s a lot of water and soap around here most of the time. We aren't some high-end luxury spa for cars or anything like that. We’re just a place where you can get things cleaned up properly. The guys here wear rubber boots because the floor is almost always wet, and we’re usually covered in a bit of spray by the end of the shift. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive commercials. We just focus on the task at hand. The industrial area can be a bit gritty, so there’s always a lot of dirt to deal with. We see a lot of the same faces coming through, people who work nearby or live in Rajendra Nagar and need a hand with their washing. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend the morning fixing a pump, but we usually get things back on track pretty quick. It’s loud, it’s humid, and it’s hard work, but we like being part of the community here. We just open up the gates, get the hoses ready, and start the day. There’s no secret to it, just staying busy and making sure we do what we said we’d do for whoever stops by.
