Solidrock Property Solutions (OPC) Private Limited operates out of unit 1108 in the Riddhi Mahagun Puram complex. We are right off NH-9 in the Mehroli area of Ghaziabad. It’s a tall building and we’re up on the eleventh floor. The view of the highway is something else, especially when the traffic is backed up in the mornings. Being an OPC means it’s a focused operation. We handle property solutions for people around this part of Uttar Pradesh. Ghaziabad is a big place, but we mostly stick to what’s happening around Mehroli and the highway corridor. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but we manage. We aren’t some big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here at Riddhi Mahagun Puram. We spend our days on the phone or meeting people who come by the office. The building is easy to find if you know where the NH-9 stretch is. Things move fast in real estate, so we stay busy. We don't go in for all those slick presentations or high-pressure tactics. We just tell it like it is. If someone needs help with a property issue, we do what we can. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve been in this spot for a while and plan to stay for the long haul.
