Being located in the Kadipur Industrial Area means our customers are mostly people working in the factories or the offices around here. We are right by the DAV School Market at number 13. It’s a dusty part of town and the trucks are always rumbling past. We started this place to give people a spot to grab something quick during their breaks. The morning starts with a lot of frying because that’s what people want with their tea. We have some basic tables and chairs, but most people just stand and eat quickly before heading back to work. The school nearby adds a lot of energy when the kids come out in the afternoon looking for something sweet or a snack. It’s not a quiet place, there’s always some noise from the street or the market. We keep our counters stocked with the usual things like laddoos and barfis. The staff has been here for a bit, so they know the regulars and what they usually order. It’s a simple operation, no fancy menus or digital screens. We just write the prices on a board or just tell people. The floor gets swept a lot because of all the foot traffic. It’s honest work, and we’re just glad to be a part of the market here. Nothing more to it than that, just getting through the day and making sure the food stays hot.
