You’ll find us out on NH-24 in Ghaziabad, specifically in Gram Sikhera. We are about 15km away from Hapur. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but since we are right on the highway, we get a lot of people who are traveling between cities. We’ve been here for a while, and the name basically tells you who we are. It’s a family-run kind of thing. The place is built to handle people coming off the road who are hungry and tired from driving. We have plenty of space for parking, which is important out here where everyone has a car or a truck. The air is a bit more open than in the middle of the city. We serve simple meals that fill you up for the rest of your trip. There’s nothing flashy about our building. It’s a plain structure that’s easy to see from the road when you're passing by at high speed. We spend our days watching the trucks and cars go by until someone pulls in for a break. The kitchen stays busy because highway travelers are always in a bit of a hurry to get where they're going. We don’t have a corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us on the ground, making sure the food is ready and the place is open for whoever stops. It’s a long day, but we’re used to the rhythm of the highway traffic and the people.
