Vishnupriya Foods

Vishnupriya Foods is located at Plot No.1 in the Punjab Expellor Compound on Meerut Road. It’s an industrial sort of setting, so don't expect anything too pretty or polished. We share the compound with some other businesses, and there’s usually a lot of noise from the nearby machinery and the trucks passing by on Meerut Road all day long. Our space is mostly dedicated to storage and the basic handling of the food products we deal with. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the small office corner and the warehouse area. The floor is concrete and we’ve got metal shelves stacked pretty high with whatever came in that morning. We don't have any fancy marketing people telling us what to say or how to look. We just work and get things done. Most of the people here have been doing this for years, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs doing at any given hour. Some days the dust from the road gets into everything, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up the surfaces too. It’s a very practical life here. We don’t have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a few notes about pending orders taped to the desk. We take our lunch breaks together when the work allows it. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving and stay on top of the orders that come in.
