Shubh Aarambh Property

We are located at Sc-301 in Shastri Nagar. It is pretty easy to find because we are right near the Golf Course. The area is quite open compared to some of the more crowded parts of town, which makes the morning commute a bit more pleasant. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle all our property dealings. We have a large window that lets in some light, but mostly we are looking at the computer or our phones. It’s a busy life being a property dealer, and the phone doesn't really stop ringing once the sun comes up. We keep a lot of maps and site plans around the office so we can show people exactly where things are. The furniture is just basic stuff—a few chairs, a couple of desks, and a rack for folders. Sometimes we go out for a walk near the golf course when we need a break from the paperwork. The neighborhood has a lot of trees, which is nice. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything; we just want to make sure the work is done right and the people who come to see us get the information they need. It’s a modest setup, but it works for us. Usually, there's a pot of tea going somewhere in the back because we have a lot of visitors throughout the day. We stay until the work is finished and the paperwork is all sorted.
