Shri Sai Real Estate

We are over here at Vaishali Neepadam Kunj. If you know the area, we are just opposite the Dabur New Building. It is a busy spot and people usually find us easily because of that landmark. Shri Sai Real Estate has been around for some time now. We basically just deal with the local properties in this part of town. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside but that is how it is in this neighborhood. We spend most of our day talking to people who walk in. Most of the time it is just locals asking about prices or what is available nearby. We do not have a fancy office or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we can sit and talk. My desk faces the road so I see everything going on outside. The building across from us is pretty tall so you cannot miss it. People use it as a marker to find our door. We just try to keep things simple here. No big speeches or complicated papers. If someone wants to know about a house or a plot in Vaishali, they just come in and we chat. It is a small team and we know the streets around here well. We have seen how much this area has changed over the years with the new buildings going up. It is a decent place to work and we are usually here from morning until the evening. If the door is open, we are inside.
