Our office is located at 313 Vaishali III-A, in Sector 3. We are very close to the PNB Bank, which is a useful landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. The area here in Sector 3 is quite settled and has a nice mix of homes and small commercial spots. We’ve got a modest setup inside with a few desks and a bench for visitors to sit on. It’s nothing like the fancy offices you see in the newer parts of town. We prefer it this way because it feels more like home. Most of our day is spent looking through property listings and talking to neighbors who are thinking of moving. Since we are near the bank, there is always a steady stream of people walking by. We’ve been working out of this Vaishali location for a good many years now. You can usually find us here from morning until early evening, unless we are out looking at a site. The office walls are a bit plain, and the filing cabinets are getting pretty full, but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of complicated words or sales tactics. We just tell people what we know about the local houses and plots. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it’s kept us going in Sector 3 for a long time. There's no pressure here, just property work in a comfortable neighborhood.
