Shri Charanjeet Halwai

Shri Charanjeet Halwai is found at Bhoor Bharat Nagar 63. We have been working out of this shop for a long time now. It is a very local neighborhood and we like it that way. We don't have a website or any of that modern stuff. We just have the shop and the kitchen in the back. People from Bharat Nagar come in for what they need, and we know most of them by their first names. Our day starts very early when the rest of the street is still quiet. We get the milk and the sugar ready and start the fires. It is hard work and the kitchen gets very hot, but it is what we have always done. We don't put up big signs or try to act like we are better than any other shop. We are just halwais doing our job. Sometimes we get big orders for weddings or local festivals in the area, and then the whole family has to come in to help out. Those days are long and tiring, but it is good to be busy. We like being a part of life here at number 63. When you walk in, you can smell what we are cooking, and that is all the advertising we need. We don't plan on changing how we do things. If it has worked for this long, there is no reason to stop now. We are just a simple shop for regular people in Bhoor Bharat Nagar. We keep the place open as long as there is work to do.
