Shri Balaji Sweets Corner

We have been running this shop at Jagat Farm for several years now. Our spot is S/1 inside the Gamma Shopping Mall, which is a pretty well-known place in District Gautam Budh Nagar. Being right near the Canara Bank means we see a lot of people who are just out doing their daily banking chores. It is a busy little corner of the mall. We usually get here quite early, before the main doors even open to the public, just to get everything set up and make sure the counters are wiped down properly. The mall can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we have a couple of extra fans running to keep the air moving around. It isn’t a very large shop, just a few glass cases and a small area in the back where we keep our supplies. We don't really do any big advertising or have a fancy website. Most of our customers are folks who live nearby in the residential blocks or people who work in the mall offices. We’ve gotten to know the security guards and the bank tellers pretty well over the time we've been here. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the mall music and the crowds, but that is just part of being in a shopping center. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
