Shri Bala Ji Properties

We’ve been running Shri Bala Ji Properties from our spot at D-51 in Sahibabad for a good while now. You can find us right over in Shyam Park, pretty close to the Jindal Market area. Most folks around here know the market, so we're easy to find if you're walking or driving through the neighborhood. We mostly deal with the local housing stuff and shops that come up for sale or rent. It’s just a small office really. Sometimes it gets busy, other times it’s quiet. We try to keep track of what's available nearby so when someone walks in asking about a place, we actually have something to show them. It’s not fancy or anything. Just us sitting here with some files and a phone. We know the streets around Sahibabad quite well because we live and work right here. If you are looking for something in the Shyam Park side, we usually have a few leads. People stop by to chat about prices or just to see what's moving in the market lately. We don't do big ads. Mostly it’s just people seeing the board or hearing about us from a neighbor. The office is open most days unless something comes up. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and talking, but we just get on with it. It’s a decent living and we like being part of the local scene here near Jindal Market.
