Our office is situated right by the G T Road Crossing Republic, not too far from ABES College. If you’ve ever been stuck in the traffic around that junction, you probably know exactly where we are. It’s a fast-growing area, and there is always something being built or moved around. We have a front-row seat to all the trucks and cars passing by all day long. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and the sound of the main road outside. We focus on the properties in this specific belt because that’s what we know. Most days involve a lot of driving back and forth between the college area and the newer apartment complexes. We keep a large map of the Republic area pinned to the wall, though it’s getting a bit faded now. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up meeting people if the office is too full of files. We don’t really do fancy meetings. It’s usually just sitting down with a printout of the latest floor plans and a calculator. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of all the construction around here, so we do a lot of things the old-fashioned way. It's a busy life being near the highway, but there's always someone looking for a place to stay or a bit of land near the college. We just keep at it.
