Shiv Traders & Properties & Rent is located at C 30 in Sadarpur, Ghaziabad. We are right in Keshav Kunj, just across the road from the Sehnai Farm House. Our business is a bit of a mix. We handle property sales, but we also do a lot of work with rentals and trading. It is a local setup that grew out of a need to help neighbors with different things. Being near the Sehnai Farm House makes us easy to find. The area around Sadarpur is always moving, and we try to keep up with it. We aren't some big agency with a marketing budget or fancy ads. We are just a few people working out of a small office. We spend our time checking on properties and talking to tenants. Some days are slow and we just sit and have tea with the locals. Other days we are running around Ghaziabad trying to get papers signed. We don't use any high-pressure tactics. If someone wants a shop to rent or a plot to buy, we show them what we have on the books. It is a very manual process. We write things down, we make phone calls, and we walk the streets to see what's new. We have been in Keshav Kunj long enough to know the history of most buildings around here. It is an honest way to make a living and help people find a place to stay.
