Shatakshi Properties

Shatakshi Properties is located at Shop No 97 inside the Shopping Centre in Sector 14. Being in a shopping centre means we see a lot of foot traffic every day. People come to do their grocery shopping or run errands and they often stop to look at the property listings in our window. Shop No 97 is a small space, but we have managed to fit everything we need inside. There are two desks and a lot of cabinets for all the property files we keep. Sector 14 is a well-known area, and the Shopping Centre is like the heart of it. We spend most of our time answering the phone or sitting with people who are looking to buy or rent in the sector. It can get a bit loud when the market is full of people on the weekends. We don't have any fancy carpets or expensive furniture, just the basics to keep the business running. Most days are about checking on new listings or making sure the current ones are updated. We know the layout of Sector 14 very well because we walk through it almost every day. It’s a local business run by local people. We just sit here in the shopping centre and help out whoever walks through the door. It’s not a complicated job, but it keeps us very busy with all the activity around here.
