We are located right near Hari Mandir in Ashok Nagar, Gandhi Nagar. It’s a familiar spot for most people living around here. My father started this work a long time ago and I just took over. We mostly deal with commission work for local houses and shops. It’s not a fancy office with big glass windows, just a simple place where you can sit down and have a glass of water while we look through the files. Being close to the mandir means we see a lot of foot traffic every day. People stop by after their prayers to ask about prices or if any new place has come up for rent. We know most of the landlords in the area personally. It takes time to get things right with paperwork, so we try to be thorough. It's quiet in the afternoons but picks up later on. I usually handle everything myself, from showing the sites to helping with the final signatures. There is no big team here, just me and sometimes a helper. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow over the years. Some families have been with us for two generations now. It’s straightforward work. No hidden stuff, just plain talk about what’s available and what it costs. We are usually here till eight in the evening unless there’s a family function that we have to attend.
