Our shop is located at 63 Narela Punjabi Colony. We have been making and fixing rolling shutters for quite some time now. It’s a very straightforward business without any bells or whistles. We spend most of our time out back in the workshop or at customer sites installing things. The neighborhood here in Narela is pretty active, and being in Punjabi Colony means we are close to a lot of other small businesses and shops. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy reception area with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just find one of us covered in a bit of grease or paint. It’s honest, hard work and we take every day as it comes. Sometimes the schedule gets a bit backed up when there are too many repairs to handle at once, but we try to manage the load. If you need a shutter for a shop or a warehouse, that is basically what we do every single day of the week. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but our little spot at number 63 stays mostly the same. People just drop by when they have a problem with their gates or shutters. We use basic tools and traditional methods that have worked for us for a long time. There is no corporate talk here, just plain conversation. We keep a stock of parts ready.
