Satnaam Steel Work

We started Satnaam Steel Work quite a while ago at Shop No A-136 in New Gandhi Nagar. It is situated right near the Yashoda Hospital Road area of Ghaziabad. Our shop is not a fancy place with air conditioning or expensive furniture. It is a real workshop where the floors are often covered in metal shavings and the air smells like welding. We spend our days working with steel, whether that means cutting it to size or joining pieces together for gates and frames. Ghaziabad is a busy city, and being in the 201001 zip code means we are always in the middle of the action. People from around the neighborhood stop by with all kinds of requests. Sometimes they need a small repair on a window grill, and other times they want us to build something from scratch for a new house. We just get our tools out and do the work. There are no sales pitches here. We just look at what needs to be done and tell you how much metal it will take. My hands are usually stained with grease by lunch, but that is how a steel shop should be. We like being part of the local community here in New Gandhi Nagar. It is a place where people know each other and work hard. We focus on making sure the steel is strong and the welds are clean. That is pretty much our daily life at the shop.
