We've been over here at Chiranjiv Vihar in Ansal Plaza II for quite some time now. Dealing with houses and land isn't always easy, but we try to keep things straightforward. People come into the office looking for a place to stay or maybe a bit of land, and we just sit down and talk through what's available. It's mostly just me and a couple of others keeping things running. The paperwork can get a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how this business goes. We know this specific area pretty well since we spend most of our days right here at number 57. It isn't a fancy setup. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of files stacked up. When someone walks in, they usually just want to know the truth about a property without all the extra talk. That is what we try to do. We don't have a big fancy website or anything. Most of our work comes from people just dropping by or hearing about us from a neighbor. It’s a bit quiet some days, then really busy the next. We just take it as it comes and try to help folks find what they need around this part of town. If you are near Ansal Plaza II, you will see our sign. It is a simple place, but it gets the job done for the people living around here.
