Sanal Property Dealer is located at 111/2 on the Sahibabad Chuna Bhatti Road. It’s a place we’ve been for quite some time now, and it’s become very familiar to us. The road outside is usually pretty busy with trucks and local traffic, which brings a lot of dust into the shop if we leave the door open too long. Our office is a basic one, with just the essentials like a few chairs for people to sit on and a desk that’s seen better days. We don’t have any fancy signs or big lights. Most of our day is spent sitting here, waiting for the phone to ring or for someone to walk in from the street. Sahibabad is a tough area sometimes, but we like being here. We spend a lot of time just keeping track of what’s available on Chuna Bhatti Road and the surrounding streets. It’s a lot of manual work, checking things out in person and writing it down in our notebooks. We don’t really do big sales pitches; we just tell people what we know. Sometimes we go out for a walk to see how the neighborhood is changing. There are always new things being built or old places being fixed up. We just try to keep up with it all. It’s a quiet life in a loud part of town, but we’ve made it our own. We stay open until late, just in case someone needs us.
