Sampda Estate Agency

We’ve been here at Sampda Estate Agency for quite a while now. Our office is tucked away at 24 Indirapuram in New Hampshire, right near the Makanpur Check Post. It’s a busy little spot, especially with all the traffic coming through the check post area. Most days start with us opening up the shutters and setting up the chairs. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the main road, but that’s just how it is around here. We spend a lot of time just talking to people who drop in. Sometimes they’re looking for a place, other times they just want to know what’s going on in the neighborhood. Indirapuram has changed a lot over the years, and being near Makanpur means we see a lot of the back-and-forth movement. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some files, and a water cooler that makes a weird noise sometimes. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through paperwork. It’s mostly local stuff, keeping track of what’s available nearby. There’s a tea stall not far from us where we get our morning chai, and that’s usually when we catch up on the local news. Dealing with property stuff can be slow some days and really hectic on others. We just try to keep things moving. It’s a job like any other, really. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the horns from the check post and the people passing by.
