Our place is at 1 Vaishali in the Om Sai Ram section of Ansal Plaza Mall, right in Sector 1. Being inside a mall like Ansal Plaza means there is always a lot of activity around us. You have the shops, the people walking around, and the general hum of the place. We are Sai Associate Real Estate Agents, and we have been working out of this mall location for a good while. The office is easy enough to find if you know the layout of Sector 1. It is mostly just a few desks and some chairs for when people come by to talk about houses or flats. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything gets handled. The mall air conditioning is nice during the summer months when it gets really hot outside. We often see people from the other shops during lunch or when we go out to get water. It is a bit different than being on a regular street because of the mall hours and the way the security works. We spend our time checking listings and making sure we have the right details for the people who ask. It is a straightforward business, and we just try to keep up with the daily paperwork and the calls that come in from the neighborhood. Some days are busier than others, especially on the weekends when more people visit the mall. We just take it as it comes.
