You can find Roteck Equipment Ltd. over at A-33/22A in the Site-Ivsahibabad Industrial Area. It’s a big area with lots of similar-looking buildings, so you have to keep an eye out for the numbers. Our place is tucked in there among many others. The morning commute into the industrial area can be a bit of a headache with all the lorries, but we’re used to it by now. The workspace itself is pretty functional. We have some heavy racks for all the parts and a few old desks where the paperwork gets done. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a coffee machine or a fancy breakroom. We usually just sit on whatever is available when we take a breather. There’s always a project going on, so the floor is rarely clear. Sometimes things get a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The lighting isn't the best in the back corner, so we use portable lamps when we have to go back there. People who work here have been doing this for years, so we don't really need to talk much to know what needs to be done. We just get to it. It’s a no-nonsense type of setup. We don’t do much in the way of advertising or self-promotion. We’re just here at our address in Sahibabad, doing the work that comes our way every day until it is time to lock up.
