Our shop is tucked away in Bada Bazar over in Raj Nagar. It’s right on the main road in Nayay Khand, so it’s pretty easy to spot if you are heading toward the main market area. We’ve been operating out of this small space for a while now, mostly helping folks find a place to live or set up their own small shops around here. The morning starts with opening the shutters and sweeping the front because the dust from the main road settles everywhere overnight. It’s a noisy spot, especially when the market is in full swing, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a simple room with a couple of fans and some old files. People come in and sit down, we offer them water, and we talk about what they need. Usually, it’s locals from Raj Nagar who know us by name. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the nearby blocks to check on empty plots. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. There’s always someone stopping by just to say hello or ask about the current rates in the neighborhood. We don’t try to make things sound more complicated than they are. We just know the streets here and try to be helpful when people walk in. We have been here for years and people know us.
