We are out here on State Highway-12 in Shamli. It gets pretty dusty with the trucks going past, but that is just how it is in this part of Prabudhnagar. The building is what you expect from an engineering spot, lots of labs and people walking around with notebooks. We spend a lot of time making sure the equipment is actually working because things tend to break in the heat. It is not some fancy city campus with grass everywhere. It is more about the work. Students come from nearby towns mostly. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around until it comes back. That is when the best conversations happen anyway. We have been here for a bit now, just trying to keep things running. The tea stall nearby is where most of us end up after classes. It is a simple place. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just some teachers and staff trying to help the kids learn something useful so they can find jobs later on. Engineering is hard and the books are thick. We try to keep it practical. If you are driving down the highway, you will see the sign for Remtech. It is nothing flashy, just a place for learning. We keep our heads down and do the job. Sometimes it's noisy, sometimes it's quiet, but it is always busy in one way or another. We just keep at it day after day without too much fuss or worry.
