Tyagi Enterprises

Tyagi Enterprises is based out of D- 198 in Govindpuram. It's a decent area, and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. Our setup is pretty simple. We don't have a big glass building or anything like that. It’s just a regular space where we manage our day-to-day tasks. We spend a lot of time organizing things and making sure orders are moving. Govindpuram is where we started and it’s where we stay. It's not always organized perfectly. Sometimes there are boxes in the hallway or the phone won't stop ringing when we're trying to eat lunch. But that’s just how it goes when you’re running a small business like this. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to be done. It's a small team, and we all know our roles. We don't have a corporate dress code. Most days it’s just jeans and a shirt because we’re actually doing the work, not just sitting in meetings. We handle whatever comes our way at D- 198. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the job and go home at the end of the day. It’s a local business, run by local people who understand how things work around here. That’s really all there is to it.
