Pioneer Machines Automation Pvt. Ltd. is based at A 1/176 177 Sector -17 in the Kavi Nagar Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of noise from the nearby factories. We work on the automation side of things, dealing with machines and parts every day. Our workshop is filled with tools and components spread out on various benches. It’s not the cleanest place, but we know where everything is. The team spends most of the time troubleshooting mechanical issues or setting up new control panels for local businesses. We’ve been in this sector for quite a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change as more shops opened up. There’s a guy who brings around snacks in the afternoon, and that’s usually when we take our only real break of the day. We’re not a huge company with fancy offices; we just have our workspace and a small area for the paperwork. Most of the guys here wear work shirts that have seen better days. We fix things that stop working and try to make processes run a bit smoother for the local plants. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought it would, so we end up staying until the lights in the street come on. It’s just the way it goes with machines. They can be stubborn, and we have to be more stubborn than them to get the job done.
