Kushi Books

You can find Kushi Books at No. D-1/18/4 Dlf Dilshad Plaza Extension II in Bhopura, Sahibabad. It’s a modest little place tucked away in the plaza. We have stacks of books everywhere you look. Some are on the shelves and others are still in the cardboard boxes they came in. It isn't a very large shop, so you have to be careful not to knock anything over when you walk through the aisles. We started this place because we just liked having books around. We don't have a fancy computer system to track everything. Most of the time, we just remember where we put a certain book. It gets a bit dusty in here, but that’s just what happens when you have so much paper in one room. We spend our days mostly organizing the stock and talking to the people who wander in. Some are looking for school textbooks for their kids, and others just want something to read in the evening. We don't do any big promotions or sales events. We just open the doors and see who comes by. The area around Bhopura is quite busy, so there’s always something happening outside. We like the quiet inside the shop, though. It’s a simple way to spend the day, surrounded by books and the smell of old paper. We just do our own thing here and hope people find what they need.
