You can find us at No. 222 in Raj Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street most days, though the mornings can be a bit loud when everyone is heading to work. We started Erica Consulting Services because we knew the area and wanted to work close to home. The office isn't very large. There are three desks and a small table where we keep the water cooler and some old magazines. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people who come in for advice. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we end up just chatting while we wait for pages to load. It's just a few of us here. We don't wear suits unless there's a really big meeting, which doesn't happen that often. Most of the time it's just jeans and shirts. We’ve painted the walls a light color to make the room feel bigger, but the files still take up a lot of space. People from Raj Nagar know us as the place next to the corner shop. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It’s a steady pace of work. We handle the paperwork and try to make sense of things for the folks who ask. It’s just a regular local business trying to do right by the people who walk through the door every day.
