We are over at Ansal Plaza Mall in Vaishali, tucked away on the second floor in unit CS-65. It gets pretty busy around here especially on weekends, but inside our office, we are mostly focused on electronic gear and equipment. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most days start with checking orders and making sure the inventory is right. It isn’t always glamorous work, some days are just spent on the phone or fixing small issues with the technical stuff. People know us as the Qtronic folks. We have a small team here. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a practical workspace where things get done. Sometimes the mall atmosphere is a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few months. We handle a lot of different parts and pieces for industrial use. It takes a lot of patience to keep everything organized. We don't really do big advertising; mostly it’s just people finding us through the address or word of mouth in the trade. Dealing with the electronics market in India has its ups and downs, but we stay steady. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the hardest working thing in the office. We just try to get through the daily tasks and make sure the clients get what they asked for without too much fuss.
