We are based out of a house in Kadipur Shivpur, specifically House No Sh 16/49-42. It’s not your typical industrial kitchen or a giant factory, but it’s where we make all the Prakash Foods Product items. Being in a residential-style area means things are a bit more personal here. You can often smell whatever we are preparing that day from down the street. It’s a lot of manual work, packing things by hand and making sure everything looks right before it goes out. Shivpur is a busy enough place, but our little corner stays relatively calm. We started small and just stayed that way because it’s easier to manage. We don’t have a bunch of suits running the place. It’s mostly family and local workers who have been with us for years. We don't talk much about "strategies" or "growth." We just care about making sure the food is good and people are happy with what they buy. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit hot, especially in the summer months, but we just keep going. It’s a simple business without any hidden layers or complicated rules. We use the recipes we know and try to do things the way they’ve always been done. If you ever come by Kadipur, you’ll see us there, just working away in the house like usual, getting the orders ready for the day.
