Plan India Tourism

We are up on the 4th floor of the Ansal Shivam Building. Our office is number 406. Being in RDC Rajnagar means there is always a lot going on downstairs, but up here it’s a little bit quieter. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking at maps and schedules on the computers. The elevator in this building is sometimes a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs if we are in a hurry, which is a good workout. From our window, we can see the traffic moving through Rajnagar, which can be pretty crazy during the rush hour. We have brochures and papers scattered around the desks because there is always some trip or itinerary being worked on. It’s not a huge office, just a few desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about where they want to go. We don't have any big flashy displays, just a couple of posters on the wall that have been there for years. Sometimes the tea man comes by with his kettle, and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We just try to get the details right for everyone’s travel plans. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the dates line up. The Ansal Shivam building is easy to find, so we get people dropping in even if they didn't have an appointment.
