Your Tour Adviser is located at No. 417 in Aditya High Street over in Lal Kuna. It’s a busy spot with people coming and going all the time. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve got enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend our days looking at maps, booking tickets, and trying to figure out the best routes for people who want to go somewhere new. It’s a lot of coordination. There are brochures scattered around, though most of what we do is on the screen these days. Lal Kuna can be a hectic area, especially during peak hours, so the office is a bit of a retreat from the noise outside. We’ve had people walk in wanting to go across the country and others just looking for a quick bus ticket. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a few of us who know how the travel industry works. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it’s dead quiet. We just take it as it comes. The building is pretty standard for the area, and 417 is easy enough to find once you're inside. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s available and what the prices look like. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to work for us. We've been at this for a while and enjoy the variety.
