We’re the HR and Admin branch of Pcepl, located right here in Ghaziabad. Our office is in the 201011 area of Uttar Pradesh. It’s a typical office setup, lots of folders, filing cabinets, and people typing away at their keyboards. Ghaziabad is a busy place, and there’s always something happening right outside our windows. We handle the day-to-day stuff that keeps the rest of the company running, like payroll, hiring, and all the paperwork that nobody else really wants to do. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary. The place is pretty functional, no fancy decorations or lounge areas here. We just have our desks and our coffee mugs. Sometimes the printers act up, or the internet goes slow, but we just deal with it and move on. We’ve been in this part of India for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city. We aren't here to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We’re just here to make sure the staff gets what they need and the records are kept straight. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, every single day. If you’re looking for Pcepl's administrative side, this is where we sit. It’s an honest day’s work in a busy town, and we’re fine with that. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. That’s enough for us to get through the week, really.
