You’ll find us at AP-87-A in Pitampura. Pawan Properties has been here for a good amount of time now. Pitampura is a big place, but our little corner is where we feel most comfortable. The office is just a regular room with a couple of chairs for guests and a big desk where all the work happens. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just maybe a calendar and some notes tacked up. We handle a lot of different things related to local real estate. Some days are spent visiting different sites and other days we are stuck inside doing the math and filling out forms. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important. We know the local shopkeepers and the families who have lived here for decades. That helps us understand what’s going on in the market better than any computer program could. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to help people find a place to stay or sell their property without too much of a headache. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to buy milk for the coffee, but we always try to do right by the people who come to us. It’s a local business, run by local people who actually care about what happens in Pitampura. That’s really all there is to it. We just take it one day at a time here at AP-87-A.
