Parwatiya Property Dealer

Our office is located at House No 2/1A, on the second floor of the corner building in Lajpat Nagar, Jang Pura. We are right near the Shani Mandir, so that’s usually how people find their way to us. Being in a corner building, we get a bit of natural light in the office, which makes it a nice place to sit during the day. We are property dealers, so we spend most of our time dealing with apartments and local real estate. Lajpat Nagar is a very busy area, and there is always something going on with the buildings around here. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a bit of a walk up to the second floor, but we are used to it by now. We just have a simple setup with our desks and some old files. We don’t do any of that high-pressure sales stuff you see in movies. We just show people what’s available in the neighborhood and let them decide what they like. It’s more about being local and knowing which buildings are good. We’ve built up a lot of knowledge about the houses in Jang Pura over the years. Most days we are just juggling phone calls and meetings with landlords. It’s regular, honest work for us. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people find a decent place to stay. It’s a steady business and we like being part of the neighborhood here.
