We are set up right on G.T Road in Syada. Being on such a major highway means there is never a quiet moment. The roar of the trucks and buses is something we hear from morning until night. At Pal Food Products, we spend our time focused on the food we make and package here. The building is a simple one, right by the side of the road. It makes it easy for transport, but the dust from the highway is a constant battle. We have a small kitchen area and a space for packing. Most of the staff are people from the local village who walk or cycle here every day. We don't have a big corporate structure. Usually, it’s just the owner and a few helpers getting the day's batches done. Some days the ingredients don't arrive on time, and we have to shuffle our schedule around, which is frustrating but part of the game. We keep the equipment running and try to make sure everything is clean and ready for the next day. It’s hard work, and by the time we close up, everyone is pretty tired. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on the fact that we've been here on G.T Road for years and people know our name. It's a practical, no-nonsense food business. We just produce what we can and sell it to the locals and passersby.
