We are based at P No 5 in Sector 4, right by the Mini Reliance Plaza in Ashok Nagar. It’s a handy location because everyone knows where the plaza is. Our office at Opc Realtors isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a ground-floor space where we keep our files and take our phone calls. Ashok Nagar is a decent place to work, with plenty of activity during the day. We handle a lot of property stuff, whether it’s people looking for a new apartment or someone trying to sell their old place. We don’t have a big corporate team. It’s just a couple of us who have lived around here for years. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking through the latest listings. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. We don't mind. It keeps things grounded. People stop by after they finish their shopping at the plaza to ask about prices or what’s coming up for rent. We try to give them the straight story without any fluff. There’s always some maintenance to do or someone calling about a leaky roof in one of the buildings we manage. It’s a lot of small tasks that fill up the day. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living. We’ve been at this spot for a while and we know the neighborhood pretty well by now.
