Om Sai Associates

Our office for Om Sai Associates is located at 12A in the Parshavanath Magestic Arcade. That’s over in Vaobhav Khand, specifically 18A, right in the Indirapuram area. If you’ve ever been to Shipra Mall, we are quite close to that. It’s a decent spot to work from because everyone knows the mall and can find us easily. We handle property stuff around Indirapuram and the surrounding parts. It’s mostly just us keeping busy with the daily tasks of real estate. Some days are slow and others are a bit chaotic with people coming in and out. The arcade gets plenty of foot traffic, which is helpful. We don’t really do big advertisements; mostly people just find us while they’re out shopping or running errands nearby. We’ve been sitting in this office for a good stretch of time now. We know the layout of the different blocks in Vaobhav Khand like the back of our hands. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and different people involved, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s a small operation here. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. It’s a very local way of doing things. We stay busy enough without needing to be flashy about it. Just regular folks doing our jobs in the arcade every single day until it is time to head home.
