You can find Nice Contractor & Engineers out in the Sahibabad Industrial Area. We are right on the Main Road, so we see all the heavy trucks and transit going by every hour. It is a dusty part of the district and things can get pretty loud with all the factories around us. Our office is more like a functional hub where we keep our tools and some basic supplies. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites, so the office is often empty for parts of the day. When we are here, we are usually checking schedules or fixing some equipment that broke down. There is nothing fancy about our setup. The desks are metal and the floor is just plain cement. We wear work boots and rugged clothes because that’s what the job needs. Sahibabad is a tough area for keeping things clean, so we’ve stopped trying to make the place look perfect. We just care that the machines are running and the guys know where they are supposed to be. Sometimes we have to deal with the rain making the main road a mess, which slows everything down. It’s a practical life where we handle whatever the day throws at us. We aren't into big talk. We just show up and do the physical work that needs doing. It is a lot of grinding and lifting but that is how things get built.
