You can find us in Pilakwa, which is part of Hapur. It’s a quiet area most of the time, though you can hear the traffic from the main roads if the wind is right. Neelgagan International School isn't a massive campus, but we have enough space for the kids to run around during the breaks. The mornings are usually the busiest part of the day when everyone arrives. We spend a lot of time making sure the classrooms are ready and the water coolers are filled up. In Hapur, the weather changes quite a bit, so we deal with a lot of dust in the dry months and mud when it rains. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with us for years. We don’t have a big corporate office or a PR team. It’s just us, the teachers, and the support staff trying to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out. The kids don’t seem to mind much. We have a few trees in the yard that provide some shade during the hot afternoons. People in the neighborhood know us well. It’s the kind of place where you recognize the parents at the grocery store. We keep things pretty straightforward and practical. No one is putting on an act. It’s just a school in a small town.
