We don’t go for the polished, corporate look because that’s just not us. We are just local people running a center. The noise from the school bells and the kids outside is a constant part of our day. We’ve grown used to it. We start our mornings early, getting everything ready before the first people arrive. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning to the actual work with the students. There is no big marketing team here. We just answer the phone when it rings and talk to whoever comes to the door. Indirapuram is a fast-paced place, but inside 537, we try to keep things steady. It’s a simple, honest setup. We’ve been in Niti Khand 3 for a while now and we know the streets well. We just keep doing what we do. Niti Khand 3 is a maze if you aren't from around here, so we tell everyone to look for the school's big gate first. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants, but they don't do great in the heat. It’s a nice enough place to work.
