Advent Academy

Advent Academy is over at C-2, Lajpat Nagar in the Sahibabad area of Ghaziabad. It’s a pretty straightforward location in a residential part of town. We aren't some huge franchise with hundreds of branches. We are just this one spot where we’ve been for quite some time. The building is simple and we keep it as clean as we can. Inside, you’ll find the usual classroom stuff. It’s not designed by some fancy architect; it’s just designed to be useful. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help kids with their lessons. Most of our students live just a few streets away, so they walk or cycle over. It gives the place a very local feel. We know the parents and we know what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of smiling people. If you want to know what we’re like, you just have to come by and see for yourself. We sit at old desks and use regular chalk or markers. It’s practical and it works for us. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just a small group of people doing our best to help out with education in Lajpat Nagar. It’s a quiet life, but we like it. We focus on the books and keep the distractions away as much as possible.
