Alfa Hrd Services

Our office is situated at C-116 on the first floor of the Sahni Tower in Sector 5, Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad. We are Alfa Hrd Services, and we spend our days helping people find work and helping companies find the right staff to fill their positions. It is a lot of interviewing and looking through resumes to see who might be a good fit for what. Sahibabad is an industrial area, so there is always a demand for people who are ready to work hard. The office in Sahni Tower is a practical space where we sit down and talk to candidates. It is not very fancy, just a few cabins and some chairs for people waiting their turn. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon when we talk to people because it just confuses things. We prefer to be direct about what a job involves and what the pay is like. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to reach us without having to wander around too much. We see a lot of different faces every day, and each person has a different story. It can be a bit tiring sometimes, but it is good to see someone get a job they really needed. We just keep our heads down and do the work of connecting people with opportunities in the local area. We try to stay organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up faster than we can file it.
