Ard Institute

Ard Institute is located on the second floor of Hansraj Tower in Sector 31. If you're familiar with this part of Noida, you'll know it's a pretty active area with plenty of shops and offices around. We’ve been here in the 201303 zip code for quite some time now. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge budget. We’re just a group of people who enjoy teaching and wanted to set up a place where we could do that effectively. Our space in Hansraj Tower is functional—nothing too flashy. It’s got classrooms, plenty of desks, and the usual stacks of paper that come with this kind of work. We started this because we felt that many students were getting lost in the crowd at larger institutes. We wanted something a bit more grounded. We don't run big ad campaigns. Most of our students are kids from the neighborhood whose parents heard about us from someone else. It’s a word-of-mouth kind of business. Being on the second floor, we’re a little bit removed from the noise of the street, which helps. We aren't perfect; sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs. But we’re here every day, ready to work. We don't have a mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just focus on the lessons and trying to help the students understand their subjects a little better. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in Noida.
