We’ve been running Nazeer Foods Pvt Ltd out of Indirapuram for a good while now. You can find us specifically at Gaur Gravity City 26. It is not a very big place, but we make it work with what we have. Most days start pretty early around here with getting the kitchen ready and checking the supplies. It can get quite hot back there once the stoves are all going at once. We don't really do anything fancy or have a bunch of suits running things. It is just us and the food we cook every day. The neighborhood knows us mostly for being reliable when they don't want to cook at home. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and we have to scramble to keep up with the orders coming in. It is just the way a busy food place operates in a spot like this. We have had our ups and downs with the building and the equipment, but we are still here doing our thing. It feels more like a home than a business most of the time. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. Indirapuram is a busy area and being at Gaur Gravity City means there is always someone walking by or looking for a quick bite. We don't have a big marketing plan, we just open the doors and start cooking.
