Nathus Sweets

We are over at Ghaziabad Raj Nagar 895, and it’s a fairly large space for us to manage. Nathus Sweets has been at this location for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The street outside is always full of cars, so there is a lot of honking that you can hear even from the back room. We have different sections for the different types of food, but things often get mixed up when we are busy. The staff usually wears these uniforms that get stained pretty quickly with syrup or flour. It’s hard to keep everything perfectly tidy when you have so many people coming through the doors. We spend a lot of time just refilling the display cases. Some of the bulbs in the ceiling are a bit dim, giving the place a bit of an older feel. We don't have any fancy music playing or anything. It's just the sound of people talking and the kitchen noise. At 895 Raj Nagar, we try to keep the stock moving so nothing sits on the shelf for too long. Sometimes the billing machine acts up, and we have to write things down by hand for a while until it starts working again. It’s just how it is working in a place like this. We just keep going and make sure the doors are open on time every single day for whoever needs a quick snack.
