You can find Nalanda Robotic & Innovative Engineering over at 33/25, Site-Ii, on Loni Road in the Mohan Nagar industrial area. Even though the name sounds very high-tech and futuristic, our workshop looks like any other busy engineering spot. There are metal scraps, half-finished projects, and various tools spread across the workbenches. We have been working out of this Mohan Nagar location for a while now. We focus on making parts for machines and sometimes building small robotic arms for local factories. It is a lot of trial and error here. We spend a lot of time sketching ideas on the walls or on scrap bits of paper. The area around Loni Road is quite industrial, so there is always the sound of hammers and engines in the background. It isn't a clean, white-lab environment by any means. There is usually oil on the floor and dust in the air. We are just a bunch of engineers who like to build things that move. We don't have a PR department or a marketing strategy. Most of our work comes from people hearing about what we can build and then dropping by to see if we can solve a mechanical problem for them. It is a practical place where we use our hands as much as our brains. Every day brings a different mechanical puzzle to solve, and that is why we stay in this line of work. We just keep at it until it works.
